Decent service, minor hiccup

I needed a Corporate Identity Package for my small company. The designs were mostly good, solid concepts. Communication was okay, they usually got back to me within a day. My only real complaint was that the initial turnaround for the business card design took an extra day longer than I expected, which pushed back my printing a bit. But once it was finalized, the files were exactly what I needed. Overall, a pretty good experience for the price.

Yeah, depends on how fast you approve stuff, but they're pretty good about getting those initial designs over. I'd say plan for at least a week, maybe two if you're picky with revisions.
